By using Numa you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Numa is a personal AI assistant: it talks with you, remembers what matters about you, reminds you, and helps get things done, including through services you connect yourself, such as your calendar or Google account.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account. Keep your account and your phone secure: what is done through your account is treated as done by you. Users under 18 need the permission of a parent or guardian, and Numa is not for children under 13.

Numa can be wrong

Numa’s answers are produced by AI models. They can be mistaken, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Numa is not a doctor, a lawyer or a financial adviser. Health data it shows is not a diagnosis. In an emergency, contact emergency services or a professional.

What Numa does on your behalf

Numa can create events, documents and reminders, or open another app with content prepared. Actions outside Numa wait for your approval, except those you have set to run without asking. Actions you approve or allow in that way are your responsibility, so read before you approve.

What is not allowed

• Using Numa to break the law, or to harm, deceive or harass others.
• Trying to break into, disrupt or unreasonably burden the service.
• Using someone else’s account without permission, or accessing data that is not yours.
• Reselling the service without our consent.

Your content

What you write and send remains yours. You give us permission to process it as far as needed to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may use what Numa makes for you, at your own responsibility.

Plans and quotas

Each plan has usage limits, which you can see in the app. When a limit is reached, Numa may run with reduced capabilities until the quota resets. Prices and what a plan includes can change; changes do not apply backwards to a period you have already paid for.

Changes and termination

Numa is still being developed. Features can change, be added or be discontinued. You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. We may restrict or close accounts that break these terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of Numa, including from decisions you make based on its answers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date above changes with it. By continuing to use Numa after a change takes effect, you are taken to accept it.
